At CurlyToss, we believe hair care should move with you — on the court, on the field, at school, at the gym, and everywhere life takes you. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a delay, we’ll always keep you informed by email.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once your order ships:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days  

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.


SHIPPING AREA

At this time, CurlyToss ships exclusively within the United States and Puerto Rico.

We do not offer international shipping.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and package size.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, CurlyToss is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier issues  

• Weather conditions  

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout  

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

CurlyToss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or building management  

• Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number  

• Reaching out to our team — we’re happy to help where possible


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.



DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number  

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging  

We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.
